Customer and Business Operations

The Customer Business and Operations team makes up three main areas of support: the help desk, financial processing, and printing and processing operations. 

The help desk staff are available from 7:00 – 4:30 to make sure district callers get to the appropriate service specialist for support. 

The financial processing staff ensure finances for the MORIC and districts are accurate and done in a timely manner. This includes processing adjustments and purchase orders, reconciling hardware and software balances, and managing invoices.

The processing operations staff provide printing services for districts including progress reports, report cards, payroll checks, accounting checks, W-2s, 1099s, and 1095s. The staff also submit electronic files as needed including direct deposits, check reconciliations, W-2s, 1095s, etc.
